Sometimes you never know you need something that you didn’t realize ever existed until you figure out it was what you wanted all along. . . kind of like these lip balm key rings from Etsy artist Lavenderlizard. Keep your lip balm snug as a bug and handily clipped to your key ring, significantly reducing the number of Chapsticks you’ll lose in the dark abyss that is your purse. It’s the perfect size for stockings or to affix to a holiday card. Fill it with applesauce to make it a more complete gift. Wait, no. That’s not right. Fill it with LIP BALM to make it a more complete gift. Fill it with applesauce to make it a bizarre and useless gift.

  6. I really like these. Hadn’t thought of the apple sauce idea. I use them as finger puppets to amuse my kids (and myself). Other possible uses after you clean out the apple sauce – rolled candy dispenser, shotgun shell holder for trendy rednecks, body suit for small snakes. The list could go on and on once you start thinking about the versatility of these wondrous little gadgets.

I say yahoo for key ring/lip gloss holders!I used to have a Texas sized one, but I think I got applesauce or something in it, and now it is no more.These are great items and if I should receive this give-a-way,I promise to be very good to these holders and give them lots of love.I know if I passed a few on to others I can think of,they would be oh so happy too.Congrats to Liz the Lavenderlizard wizard and the Present Professor getting the word out about her cool stuff.(FYI:The Polly Wog Patch on etsy has great lip balm) All the best,Melanie B.
