Her work has appeared in numerous publications, including several Scholastic magazines and The New York Times. Carli has written extensively on the subject of toys as the toy editor for Scholastic News Online. She has also acted as a personal gift consultant and was quoted in the Wall Street Journal for her gift-giving prowess. In her spare time, Carli enjoys watching classic films, taking long walks, and frying eggs without breaking the yolks. She currently lives in Hoboken, New Jersey, with her cat, Wendell.
